I was broken down with a 35 foot RV and doctor nick shop took me in with no appointment, helped us find a hotel and an other mechanic more equipped to do the job. They did a complete diagnostic of the engine and charged me a very reasonable price for their work. Although I wasn't able to fix my rv there, I was treated respectfully and I want to recommend doctor nick shop to anyone in need of an honest shop. Roberto Dematte

Nick and his team did a really thorough review on my car. I'm a youngish woman, so I was afraid of getting a huge estimate on my car, but I was pleasantly surprised. Nick talked to me himself about what was found, and did push me to get additional work done. I can't comment on any actual repairs, that the reason for 4 stars, but this business was a pleasure to work with, and I will be back.

My '99 Olds was having what I thought was a little tranny problem. So after a reference from another shop I brought her to Dr. Nicks. Shawn and I discussed the possibilities, shouldn't be to bad. I received the call from Shawn and with a soft and low tone in his voice..."it's making metal" is all he could say. As a mechanic myself I new what that meant, so she got a fresh rebuild. I rolled "Old Blue" out and I must say she is runnin like a new one. My thanks go out to the Nick's young and old, Shawn and the entire crew at Dr. Nicks, oh ya so does Old Blue!!

My pick up truck was making a noise my brother told me the ball joint in the drivers side need to be replaced but he doesn't have the tools to do it. I bring my truck to this places they told me nothing was wrong with the ball joint, they just need to be greased but my truck need drums and a cylinder they charged me almost $800.00, I went to manny auto in waterburry and they fixed for $150.00. I don't know if they really changed the drums and the cylinder.
