Really appreciative of the honesty and professionalism I received. I went in thinking I had a serious transmission problem to find out I didn't after a diagnostic and a test drive was completed. Another establishment may not have been so upfront and charged me for work I didn't need. I'll be back

I brought my 1998 Astro Van in for air conditioning repairs on 6/20/2021. In order to give it a fair evaluation if waited until today 8/20/21 to write this review. After having some of the hotest weather in memory, I am happy to say that the air conditioning works flawlessly. In 2014, I brought the vehicle to Dr. Knick's for a transmission rebuild. Since that time I have relied on them to service the vehicle, and keep it running at a reasonable cost. I have not been disappointed in any of the work they have done.

I was having a bucking problem with my Honda CR-V. I had taken it to a dealer a few years ago and they could not fix it. It had gotten worse over the years.!i needed an oil change and I decided to have transmission fluid changed also. When I explained my situation to my mechanic he said he would not change transmission fluid because it might cause problems . He suggested dr nicks. I’m thinking well that’s pretty cool he didn’t want to mess with it. Called dr mix and explained my situation to Matt he somewhat diagnosed it over the phone. Told me to bring it in to test drive . He drove it and Ran the diagnostics on it said he needed to have his mechanic Look at it. He explained my options and costs. We maDe an appointment I brought it in . Matt called me to to say they did the work and he test drove it to replicate the initial problem and it was not having the problem. Now the car runs like a dream. Everyone at dr nicks was professional, punctual and best of all within budgets. Thanks Matt
