Some sunny Saturday my car has died right in front of their building, I was able to pull it in their parking spot though. I had never used Dr. Nick's services before. So, not having any hope and thinking of getting rid of the car I stopped by their office next Monday morning to identify myself as the owner of the sitting vehicle there and bring in my apologies for the spilled transmission liquid over and using the spot... Guys offered me to check the car once I got there - nothing to lose. It came out the transmission was fine, minor repair cost me just $148, and the very next day I was driving my car home. Now tell me it all was a coincidence! Wishing success to Dr. Nick's business, I trust Matt and his team, I count on their professionalism and values further, and I highly recommend their service to everyone.

They have been the most accommodating and helpful mechanic I have ever used. They use all the proper fluids for my BMW and did a great job replacing my transmission. Also have come in at a fair price on everything they’ve done. If you have a similar car, Mercedes, Volkswagen, etc. you know how hard it can be to find a mechanic who won’t gouge you or mess up your car trying to use generic products. These guys have always been great in all aspects!! Highly recommend.
